Returns can be made within a 14-day period after date of delivery. We must receive the items within this 14-day period to be able to offer a full refund.
All items returned must be unworn (with labels still attached) and in the exact same condition that they were received in. If not, we can not process a refund.
We do paperless returns!
Returns must be confirmed with a member of the OAKS team before they are returned to us. Whether you choose return in store or via post. If your return is not confirmed we may not be able to accept it.
We recommend that if you are returning your items via post that you send them first class recorded and keep the copy of your receipt in case any issues arise. We are not liable for items returned to us otherwise.
If you choose to collect your online order in store, you must note that we cannot refund your item(s) once you leave the store and the 'in-store' returns policy will then apply. This is because you now have the opportunity to try. If it isn't quite right, we will refund you in store right away! We have such a quick turnover of stock that we must try out best to keep on top of it, making sure we have all the very best and newest styles every single day.
Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your return, however depending on your banking provider these can take up to 14 working days to show in your account. Please understand we have no control over refund processing times once we have passed this onto your bank. Our online returns policy differs to that of our in store policy. Please refer to your in store receipt of purchase for all terms and conditions regarding our in store policy. We do not offer refunds for items bought in store, subject to your statuary rights.

We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note for unworn items within seven days of purchase accompanied by a valid receipt. We do not offer refunds. Items must be unworn, have original tags still attached and be in the same condition in which they left the store. Credit notes are valid for three months from the date of original issue and items purchased with a credit note may not be exchanged. Sale items are non returnable and non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please acknowledge this criteria before purchasing goods from us.
